Please read through our Holiday Order Policy below prior to placing an order.
- All orders MUST be placed either in person at the bakery or by phone during normal business hours (Tuesday-Saturday 10am-5pm)
- We will NOT accept any orders via email or social media (i.e., Facebook, Instagram, etc.) or orders that are left on our answering machine after business hours.
- Payment is due at the time of ordering. Please have your credit card information ready if you are ordering by phone. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.
- Orders can be placed December 5 - December 16 or until we reach our max capacity. We will announce the cut-off 24 hours prior via our social media outlets. Sorry, but we will not be able to accept orders after our cut-off.
- Orders will be available for pick-up at the bakery Friday, 12/22 between noon-5pm OR Saturday, 12/23 between noon-5pm.
- Those looking to place a special order for a different time during month of December, please note that our calendar is already filling up quickly, however, you are welcome to give us a call at (630) 797.5350 and we'll do our best to accommodate your special order request! We do still require at least a 1-week advance notice.
