My wife purchased my 30th birthday cake from TWS, and it was a round salted caramel cake. It had beautiful caramel running down on all sides. By far the best gluten free cake in Chicagoland!!! Absolutely loved this place. We ordered a bunch of things: loved the seven layer cookie, the salted caramel bar, plus we had many more things that were just divine. Everything was way better than good. A must stop for this town or anyone living near by. Don’t just think gluten free and skip it, so many rich flavors and you’d never know it was gluten free. ~ Chris Thompson
